Understanding the size chart:
Please make sure to choose the perfect and correct size from the drop-down size chart when placing the order. The longest side of the artwork is going to be considered as the actual size of your cutout.
Please note: everything is custom made-to-order. We don`t have any ready-to-sell items. Feel free to attach your own artwork/picture when placing the order and our team will do their best to have your vision come true making the perfect quality cutout for your party! The cutout is going to have a thin white outline along the cutting shape insuring the artwork won`t be cut-off during the production.
Turnaround Times:
Our regular production turnaround time for the cutout figures is 3-4 business days (Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays excluded). For example, if you need to pick up the prints on Friday the order should be submitted at least on the same week`s Tuesday by 12 pm, if no Holidays during the week. We offer Rush and Express printing services as well!
